Two headers from Romelu Lukaku and Marouane Fellaini helped Manchester United secure a 3 - 0 win over Norwegian professional league side Vaalenrenga.

Manchester United carved the Norwegians open many times but chances went begging as the likes of Marcus Rashford were guilty of missing chances.

Fellaini scored just one minute before the end of the first half when his header from a Matteo Darmian cross was deflected into the net.

Fellaini celebrates his goal for Jose Mourinho's side.

Jose Mourinho brought Lukaku in at the start of the second half and the Belgian wasted no time to double the Red Devils lead.

The former Everton and Chelsea front man scoring with a towering header at the near post from a corner kick in the 46th minute.

Youngster Scott McTominay sealed a comfortable win for the Red Devils with just 15 minutes to go.

Jose Mourinho's side now switch their attention to the UEFA Super Cup against Real Madrid on Tuesday, 8 August.
